Claude Code plugin bundling two skills. /wrap-up ends a session: commits touched repos, then ensures and updates the three project files (_tracker.md, _prd.md, AGENTS.md - all mandatory, auto-created from inline starters if missing), keeps an existing CLAUDE.md importing AGENTS.md (never creates or deletes one), then reviews the session for memory writes. /init-project seeds those same three files interactively at project start. Self-contained, plain Markdown, no runtime.
