wrap-up

v1.5.0

Claude Code plugin bundling two skills. /wrap-up ends a session: commits touched repos, then ensures and updates the three project files (_tracker.md, _prd.md, AGENTS.md - all mandatory, auto-created from inline starters if missing), keeps an existing CLAUDE.md importing AGENTS.md (never creates or deletes one), then reviews the session for memory writes. /init-project seeds those same three files interactively at project start. Self-contained, plain Markdown, no runtime.

Included Skills2

init-projectskills/init-project/SKILL.md

Bootstrap a new project with the three files /wrap-up maintains - `_tracker.md`, `_prd.md`, `AGENTS.md`. Creates them from the starter content in the wrap-up skill (Appendices A-C), interactively asking for a project name. Never overwrites existing files and never creates a CLAUDE.md. Invoke explicitly via /init-project.

wrap-upskills/wrap-up/SKILL.md

End-of-session wrap-up. Commits the git repos you touched, ensures _tracker.md, _prd.md, and AGENTS.md exist (auto-creates them from the inline starters in this skill if missing) and updates them, keeps an existing CLAUDE.md pointed at AGENTS.md, and reviews the session for durable memory writes. Invoke explicitly via /wrap-up.
