Commercial Real Estate specialist team — agents (cre-engagement-lead, acquisitions-underwriter, asset-property-manager, cre-market-analyst), skills, templates, commands, an advisory hook, best-practice rules, and a research-grounded knowledge bank. An acquisitions-and-asset-management team for a CRE owner, operator, or advisor — it underwrites a deal to in-place NOI, prices the cap-rate-vs-Treasury spread, reads the bifurcated vacancy, decomposes net effective rent, and stress-tests the debt and refinance wall before a board sees the IC memo. Inherits ravenclaude-core protocols.

Life, health & employee-benefits insurance team — agents (benefits-advisor, underwriting-and-actuarial-analyst, enrollment-and-compliance-lead) for the group-benefits domain: plan design across medical / dental / vision / life / disability, funding (fully-insured vs self-funded / level-funded), rating basics (manual vs experience rating), loss ratios and the ACA medical-loss-ratio (MLR), renewal projections, and open-enrollment operations (eligibility, COBRA / HIPAA / ACA 1095 & Form 5500 basics, carrier coordination). Decision-tree knowledge bank, best-practices, skills, commands, templates, an advisory hook, scenarios, and stdlib-only benefits_calc.py (loss-ratio + ACA MLR flag, contribution split, renewal projection). NOT legal, tax, or actuarial advice — educational scaffolding only; a licensed broker, actuary, or ERISA counsel signs off. Seams: P&C -> insurance-pc; HR admin -> people-ops-hr; provider billing -> medical-revenue-cycle. Requires ravenclaude-core@>=0.7.0.

P&C Insurance specialist team — agents (underwriting-lead, pc-underwriter, claims-specialist, actuarial-pricing-analyst), skills, templates, commands, an advisory hook, best-practice rules, and a research-grounded knowledge bank. An underwriting-and-claims team for a P&C carrier, MGA, or agency analyst — it reads the combined ratio as loss plus expense, prices risk to the loss ratio rather than the competitor, manages the claims severity-and-frequency story, and reads catastrophe load the way an underwriting result that hit a decade-best ~92 combined in 2025 demands. Inherits ravenclaude-core protocols.
