plain-language plugins

Prose a scanning reader can use. /writing:be-concise puts the bottom line first, cuts words the meaning does not need, and keeps structure scannable and tone factual. Bare, it sets a standing posture; given a target, it reshapes it and reports word counts. For tickets, PR descriptions, changelogs, READMEs, and status updates. Never drops a decision, number, ask, error, or warning. Paraphrases NN/g, GOV.UK, US plain-language guidelines, Google and Microsoft style guides, and BLUF.

Government and civic-tech delivery specialist team — agents covering digital-service delivery (USDS/18F-style agile in a compliance context), public procurement (RFP/RFI response and structuring for SLED/federal), grants management (lifecycle, restricted-fund tracking, Uniform Guidance/single audit), and Section 508/WCAG accessibility plus FOIA/public-records. Ships skills (public-procurement-and-rfp, grants-management, accessibility-508-and-records), commands, templates, a knowledge bank with bid-no-bid and FedRAMP decision trees, best-practices, and an advisory hook flagging govtech anti-patterns. Inherits ravenclaude-core protocols (Grounding, Structured Output, Cited-Adjudicator).

English version: make Claude speak human and ask well — a pre-question self-check (verify first / brief the context / gloss the jargon / leave room to combine options) plus expression discipline (S1–S6, incl. S6 changelog-style reporting: multi-item progress or anything undone/wrong gets a Done/Not done/Known issues report), mined from 548 real AskUserQuestion decision records. touch ~/.claude/.speak-human-always to keep it always on
