crapkit's agent tools: three skills, the MCP server for score inspection and gate checks, and one advisory PostToolUse hook that names functions an edit pushed over their ceiling. The hook and the MCP server both spawn the bare `crapkit` console script, so it has to be on PATH: crapkit 0.4.0 or newer, which is the release that answers `crapkit claude-hook`. `crapkit doctor --plugin-root` compares an installed copy against the CLI it will call. The commit gate stays the only enforcement point; this hook never blocks.
