Keep a scannable developer journal that writes itself: discover a day's work from local Claude Code sessions, git commits, and prompt history; interview the user about what mattered and why; and record a tight, dated entry. Ships /dev-diary (write today) and /dev-diary-review (revise a past day). The journal is a separate private repo; this plugin is just the tool.

by Bymax One

The weekly silent-standup report for one repository, written from evidence. /bymax-report:standup collects what shipped in a period (pull requests via gh, commits via git) and what was asked (what a person typed into Claude Code or Codex sessions on that repository, worktree sessions included, pasted third-party requests included), then writes the two sections the team reads: a PROGRESS list of the asks as outcome sentences, undelivered ones marked in progress, and UPDATES grouped by product area saying what changed and what it replaced. No hashes, PR numbers or file names reach the report; an evidence block under it maps every line back to its PR, commit and request for the author. Plain text printed to paste, no Markdown, no file left on disk, English by default; --author keeps one git author. Depends on git; gh is used when present and its absence is reported, never hidden.

Work report in two modes — quick (git-only: prose + bullets from the current repo) and standup (multi-source: GitHub PRs/reviews/comments, git across repos, deploys) — tunable to audience (dev / pm / client), delivered as a copy-ready channel block or a doc file.

Generates a scannable daily work report (日報) by aggregating the day's git commits and the Obsidian session records that session-insights writes to the vault, then synthesizing them into a single narrative note written back to <vault>/daily/<date>.md. Read-mostly SOURCE-of-truth digest: git supplies what changed in this repo, the Obsidian records supply cross-project summaries/learnings/remaining tasks and cost/token numbers. Subscription-native (skill only, no binary, no API key).
