spend plugins

by David Muñoz Rey

Price a prompt before it costs money, and read the bill after. Deterministic prompt optimisation (no API key, no network), token budgets and drift gates for CI, usage-log profiling that names what would actually move the bill, and seven MCP tools including a spend guard that judges configured USD ceilings before a call is made.

by XBert Intelligence

Weekly review of posted spend against policy XBerts on supported categories (out-of-policy account, banned vendor, missing receipt, duplicate transaction, receipt forensic flag).

Real-time cost budget gate for Claude Code: on Stop, read the session transcript, compute USD cost, and block the turn when session or daily limits are exceeded — feeding the overage back so the agent winds down gracefully. Subscription-native (one Stop hook + bundled Rust binary, no API key).
