Parallel iOS + Android GUI QA subagents for any React Native / Expo app, driven by Callstack agent-device (pinned 0.20.8, requires Node >= 22.12). The plugin owns QA policy only - parallel run policy, project configuration, login intent, pass/fail criteria, the report contract, and the learned-facts handoff. Command syntax, session lifecycle, refs, and text entry are deferred to the official agent-device skills and the installed CLI's own version-matched help. App-specific facts (app id, device, testIDs, credentials) are read from the project's .claude/mobile-qa.config.json; the plugin itself is app-independent.
