Create and maintain Israeli phonebook entries in Google Contacts, keeping the things a generic contact record has nowhere to put: reception hours separate from call-centre hours, winter and summer timetables, Shabbat and chag closures, appointment-only counters, star numbers and 1-800 lines that no dialler outside Israel can reach, and which languages the office actually serves. Aimed at government and health-fund bureaucracy, and at olim who have to navigate it.
