A studio in a box on your own Cloudflare: set up a studio (one repository for games, music, videos and posts) with a setup status of your accounts and tools and a step-by-step checklist, plan each game in a short interview that becomes its Game Codex (a page in the game's own look that you can read and steer, kept up to date, with the build's progress on it), build with one agent or several in parallel, make or remix multiplayer web games or make an existing single-player game multiplayer, give games sound effects and synthesized music made on your own computer for free, make songs and game scores with ElevenLabs Music on your own account, make covers and painted art with fal on your own account under a budget, give a game one coherent look as decisions you can steer and lock (a style board of three directions drawn by the game engine itself, free) with free CC0 3D models from Homie's starter library, your own models, generated props and rigged characters on your own fal account under a budget, animated characters (one skeleton standard, free CC0 clips retargeted onto every rig, idle, run, jump and actions with IK feet, springs and look-at), every asset licensed, checked for phones and shown in a lineup at true scale, playtest a game on a computer and a phone with measured checks and a blind review, make a game run faster on phones and computers with a measured loop (frame times, CPU per frame, time to playable, downloads, memory, netplay; one change at a time, kept only when it beats the noise and the game still passes its own check), tune how a move feels in a Game Lab (one take of your working tree beside the last commit on one clock, slowed down or a frame at a time, with its named phases, graphs and sliders that write the values you keep back into the game), make gameplay trailers and music videos (captured from your game, or generated with fal under a budget with receipts) and recordings of a page while a script drives it (Play and a few moves on your game, a site walkthrough, a demo), in real time with honest frames, run the studio's site (the same sections as homie.rocks in the studio's own look, an epic landing page for every game, news posts with feeds) and public rooms (up to 32 players a room, shareable from the play page) on its own Cloudflare account (free plan, no payment method), list it in the homie.rocks directory, read the studio's own stats (counts, never tracking), and run its live games from a back office (who is playing now, in-game announcements, kick and mute, close a room, players per room, private / invite-only beta / public launch states with invite codes, and a remix switch; the owner confirms anything that takes something away with one tap). In Claude Code (2.1.287 or later) a mod adds the studio's band above the prompt, a Studio pane (the build's progress with its latest frame, live rooms with the back office, games, stats, the Game Codex, the Game Lab's last checks, parallel parts), instant commands, an arcade pane that plays a live Homie game with strangers while Claude works, holds on protected files, deploys and spending past the budget, and secrets taken out of tool output; in Codex, Homie's hooks hold the same calls until you answer "proceed", and take secrets out of what Codex reads. In Grok Build the same hooks ship, but Grok Build 1.0.41 runs no plugin's hooks, so nothing is held there yet and Grok asks you before those calls itself. Tell Homie what got in the way, or what you love, in a short note you see word for word and send only with your yes. Beta.
