Claude Code plugin: ideation and planning workflow — capture, evaluate, rank, simulate, and plan ideas, with ideation/single-idea-eval/multi-idea-ranking/feature-ideas/simulation/idea-capture variants.

by Daniel Rosehill

Scaffolding, running, documenting, and publishing AI evaluations. Ships skills and commands for setting up eval workspaces, creating custom evals (or adapting existing frameworks/benchmarks), running them, and publishing evals or datasets. Bundles a curated ground-truth list of open-source eval tools and benchmarks as a reference data source.

Claude Code plugin: research workflow — source logging, source summarization, and deep-dive primitives, with deep-research/technical/osint/georeaction/stack/ecosystem/competitor/purchasing/general-research-workspace/obsidian-vault variants. The obsidian-vault variant scaffolds the same research loop as a working Obsidian vault — committed .obsidian/ config, frontmatter schema, wikilink discipline, note templates and a canvas — so the workspace is navigable by a person in Obsidian and by an agent on disk. Includes a 30-agent tech research team for hardware/software stack evaluations (managers, source-finders, spec-analysts, compatibility checks, comparisons, ranking). Auto-registers public workspaces into Open-Research-Workspaces-Index.

Keep your own standard operating procedures as a versioned library of markdown files that Claude reads on demand. Ships the machinery — set up the library, write an SOP from a procedure you just worked out, edit one when reality moves, retire it, and mirror the collection across machines through a private git repo. Your CLAUDE.md gains one line pointing at the folder; the procedures themselves stay yours and stay out of context until the moment one is needed.

Claude Code plugin: workspace foundational workflow — generic workspace scaffolds, context/memory maintenance, report parsing, inventory analysis, web analytics, and template discovery primitives, with generic/context-management/report-parsing/inventory/web-analytics/template-discovery variants.

Claude Code plugin: typeset a print-ready Amazon KDP paperback with Typst — trim geometry biased to KDP's US standard sizes, a full-wrap cover built last from the interior's measured extent, mechanical pre-flight, and an upload folder. Production only; it does not write the book.

Product research and procurement skills with a particular focus on technical specification conformance — does this part actually meet the requirement, and can you show your working. Marketplace-agnostic: spec definition from a vague want or a photograph, annotated search vocabulary, versioned spec-as-code, manufacturer datasheet retrieval, cross-region part-number equivalence, conformance evaluation matrices, bills of materials and RFQ packages. Plus the surrounding process: intake, research, compare, evaluate, recommend, market-check, spec-driven market landscape surveys, live price/delivery scanning through your own VPN egress, preference memory and hardware-rig profiling. Hands off to the marketplace-specific plugins (shopping, israel-shopping, amazon, aliexpress-israel-skills) once a question becomes about a particular shop.

AliExpress shopping skills for an Israel-based buyer: ILS pricing and Israel channel, Choice-first search, IL-only review filtering, shipping-lane evaluation to Israel, plug/voltage compatibility checks, and the $75 customs de-minimis tracked across single listings and the live cart. Exports the cart to JSON/CSV/Markdown, and — behind a graduated write ladder — adds to cart, reads the real checkout page, and places an order behind a confirmation gate. Drives the user's own Chrome; headless is a fallback.

Import a ChatGPT conversation into local files via the browser. Captures the full thread from a chatgpt.com URL, a shared link, or an official export archive, then normalizes it to JSON and renders Markdown or PDF with user and assistant turns marked, artifacts (canvas docs, images, code) extracted, and conversation metadata recorded.

Region-specific consumer shopping primitives — find products, compare local vendors, check availability, and generate ranked purchase recommendations. Ships variant scaffolds per supported region and a provisioning skill for fresh shopping workspaces. Marketplace-specific research (Amazon US, AliExpress Israel) now lives in dedicated per-marketplace plugins; the marketplace-plugins skill is the roster.

by Daniel Rosehill

Site skills built by watching a site in your own signed-in Chrome — observe pages and endpoints, propose a skill roster for approval, then author skills that survive UI changes and probe for drift. Semantic handles only, never pixel coordinates. Every observation is classified publishable, private, or never-recorded, with a stop rule for incidental security findings.

Component-level review of a project's technology stack — not its code. Records the stack to docs/stack/ with a run date, checks each component for currency and EOL, finds architectural gaps (caching, queues, observability, backups), flags redundancy and over-engineering, then emits a revised-stack proposal and an execution brief for an implementing agent. Re-runnable in the same repo to diff against the last run.

Claude Code plugin: Amazon marketplace research across Amazon's regional storefronts — verified price, stock, rating, seller and specs from the listing rather than the search grid; delivery dates checked against the postcode they were actually rendered for; storefront, currency and egress resolved from the user's stored delivery addresses rather than assumed. Works around the fact that the default fetch tool cannot reach Amazon and that every fallback route fails in a way that resembles success. Also reads and maintains signed-in account state: order history, the delivery address book, and order cancellation.

Claude Code plugin: write a full-length reference or instructional book with teams of subagents. Definition, planning, research, parallel chapter drafting, review, graphics and publication — organised so no single agent is ever given a task large enough to degrade. Authorship only; print geometry hands off to kdp-publishing.

by Daniel Rosehill

Route an idea that surfaces mid-task but does not belong to the current repository into its own repo and its own agent, without derailing the work in flight. Uses the cross-session SendMessage/ListAgents layer added in Claude Code 2.1.224 for a push-model handoff: the seed brief is written to disk in the new repo and the message carries a pointer to it. Companion to interrupt-claude (same-repo interruption routing) and Claude-Hopper (session spawning and handover); breakout splits tracks rather than work or time.

Foundational advanced clipboard scripting skills for CopyQ on Ubuntu Linux — CLI reference, custom commands, tab/item management, global shortcuts, and command bundle import/export.

Process .eml email exports into human- and agent-readable artefacts — reconstruct a thread from loose .eml files, render the chain to a single PDF with correct right-to-left handling for Hebrew/Arabic, extract attachments, export Markdown, redact before sharing, and build numbered evidence bundles.

Claude Code plugin: Grainger.com (US industrial MRO) product research — typeahead and category discovery from a script, price and spec verification from the signed-in browser. Encodes the mapped /ta/v3, /tap/v2 and __PRELOADED_STATE__ surfaces, the facet grammar that filters a category, per-branch stock counts across ~325 branches, and the three distinct ways Grainger refuses a request while returning HTTP 200.

One home for correspondence in Hebrew — send RTL email that renders correctly in every client, typeset formal letters to PDF with David Libre via Typst, turn incoming .eml threads into readable PDFs, and verify a render before it goes out. Consolidates capability that was previously spread across several plugins and two template repos.

Per-branch stock counts, aisle and bin locations, and ILS prices for IKEA Israel's five stores, from the Hebrew/RTL site.

Check opening hours for Israeli businesses, including hours stated relative to Shabbat and yom tov. Combines Google Business and easy.co.il for stated hours with Hebcal candle-lighting/havdalah times to resolve phrasing like 'reopens an hour after Shabbat' into concrete clock times. Bundles 56 Israeli locations with verified candle-lighting customs.

by Daniel Rosehill

Create and maintain Israeli phonebook entries in Google Contacts, keeping the things a generic contact record has nowhere to put: reception hours separate from call-centre hours, winter and summer timetables, Shabbat and chag closures, appointment-only counters, star numbers and 1-800 lines that no dialler outside Israel can reach, and which languages the office actually serves. Aimed at government and health-fund bureaucracy, and at olim who have to navigate it.

Kaizen for mature codebases: triage improvements into atomic units, ship them one commit at a time, and track each pass against the last.
