talos
v0.18.0Autonomous issue-to-PR pipeline orchestrated by a Claude Code session. Supports multi-harness runners (Claude, pi, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, custom/local) and an optional planner role for epic decomposition. pi runs inline one-agent-per-turn without subagents. Validator, developer (worktree-isolated), QA, reviewer, security, and docs subagents drive GitHub issues through to merged PRs.

Run the autonomous issue→PR pipeline. Processes the backlog: reads open issues, routes each through validator/developer/QA/reviewer/security/docs subagents, waits for CI, merges approved PRs, and updates the GitHub Project board.
Interactive onboarding for Talos. Detects the repo, asks a few questions, writes talos.pipeline.yml, bootstraps labels, fires a test notification, and leaves the repo ready to run /pipeline.
Pick up a Talos run in a fresh session. Prints a one-page read-only briefing (in flight, blocked, owner decisions, spend, next action) from the status file and GitHub, asks once, then continues with the pipeline skill.
