Built on Claude Code's dynamic Workflows + ultracode — model-tiered, budget-bounded, multi-mode agent orchestration. Caps agent count and right-sizes every agent's model (cheap haiku/sonnet bulk, a thin opus layer for plan/advise/judge/audit, a spend-gated fable apex in delegate/conduct) so a session never exhausts. Modes: focus, review, sweep, panel, debate, research, scale (+ rounds), ultra (+ emergent), delegate, conduct, debug (+ audit). review/sweep/delegate/conduct/debug are coding-specialized; the rest are domain-agnostic (finance, strategy, analytics, R&D).
