Score a worker task spec's readiness BEFORE dispatching it (Orca worker-start / task-create) with the spec-readiness-gate MCP tool, a TypeSafe Jev battery over the five contract fields Target / Change / Constraints / Ownership / Observable acceptance, then dispatch, clarify only the weak fields, or escalate. Use whenever a coordinator is about to send a spec to a worker in dag-build, research-swarm, or parallel-review — "kiểm tra spec trước khi dispatch", "spec này đủ rõ chưa", "chấm spec", "is this task spec ready to send to a worker", "check the spec before worker-start" — and after worker_done to log the outcome. Skip it for work one agent does directly without Orca.
