Orchestrates messages between Claude Code sessions — load BEFORE any SendMessage, ListAgents or sonner call, and when a peer message arrives. A doorbell-not-payload protocol — three message shapes, a wake-or-file test, and the two mechanics that bite, being an addressing form that wastes a round trip and a silent drop that voids repeated text while reporting success. Triggers on 'message the other session', 'wake a Claude in that repo', 'sonner', 'SendMessage', 'cross-session'. Not sonnette. (user)
