seat-mods
v0.3.0Role guards for worker seats, as a Claude Code mod. Set SEAT_MODS_ROLE on a seat's spawn: implementer, verifier or reviewer gets that role's rails — no merges, force-pushes, branch deletion, --no-verify or AI trailers for any seat; no commit, push or PR for a verifier or reviewer; Edit and Write only inside the worktree and the directories SEAT_MODS_ALLOW lists; recognised rm commands only in writable places, with unresolvable operands and writable roots or ancestors denied — while orchestrator and coordinator are explicit unguarded roles (the top orchestrator, and spine/close/work-PR/doctor sessions and lane drivers) and any other value denies every tool call. Unset or empty, it guards as the implementer by default, so a forgotten export fails closed; the status line shows which. Requires Claude Code 2.1.287 or later. No lib, no state.
