Targets Zig 0.16 and later, splits the project into a library module and a CLI module, lets the compiler emit the build.zig.zon fingerprint rather than guessing it, and pins the toolchain through minimum_zig_version so CI and the developer read one version. For language-agnostic boilerplate alone, use scaffold-new-repo.
