Cuts a Ready PRD (tracker project with PRD and spec) into a few tracker issues grounded in the codebase: milestones per result, vertical slices, one pull request per issue, each naming real files, the pattern to follow and a check command. Shows the cut as a table and writes to the tracker only after confirmation. Use for "cut this into issues", "break down the PRD", "Issues für das Projekt anlegen". Comes after braindump2prd; not for writing the PRD or planning one issue.
