Write an implementation plan that a less capable model (Sonnet, Haiku, a cheap subagent) will execute without the planner present. Use this whenever the user asks for a plan, spec, task breakdown, or handoff that "the implementer", a subagent, or a weaker/cheaper/smaller model will carry out — even if they don't say "for a weaker model." Also use when a plan will be executed in a separate session, or when the user mentions a planner/implementer/reviewer split.
