Two local attachment-handoff tools are available only with the independent `PLUGIN_ALLOW_LOCAL_HANDOFFS` opt-in; they return opaque integrity metadata, never content or local paths. Five additional mailbox-write tools — move, copy, mark read/unread, download attachments, and create drafts — are available only when explicitly enabled in configuration (`allowWrites`). A single send tool is available only with the independent `PLUGIN_ALLOW_SEND` opt-in, which refuses to start unless a sending mailbox is pinned by configuration and covered by the outbound sender allowlist; the sending mailbox is never chosen per call, though recipients, subject, and body are. Enabling that gate means enabling outbound email. Deleting messages remains impossible by construction: no tool in this plugin exposes it.",
