Turn a spec, a phased prompt, a long free-form prompt, or any mix of sources into an Orcastrat plan directory of milestones and small tiered tasks, ready for /orcastrat:run. Jobs too small to be worth delegating are done directly instead. Only run when the user explicitly invokes it.

runskills/run/SKILL.md

Execute an Orcastrat plan. Works through milestones in order, has the planner agent detail outlined milestones, and runs each wave of tasks through the worker for each task's tier, in parallel git worktrees when the wave allows it. Verifies every task itself, commits each one, and records progress in the plan files. Only run when the user explicitly invokes it.
