Included Skills1
Turns a colleague's background material (decks, workshop notes, RACI tables, org charts, process slides) into a capture sheet: one Markdown file describing an operating model that the Operating Model Explorer engine loads and exports as an interactive HTML snapshot. Drafts first when there is enough material, interviews when there isn't, flags gaps, assumptions and contradictions, and validates the sheet before handing it over with the matching engine. Use this whenever someone wants to map, document or explain an operating model, a partnership or joint-venture way of working, who does what between organisations, roles and responsibilities, a RACI, or process swimlanes, or mentions a capture sheet or the Operating Model Explorer, even if they don't name the skill. Also use it to revise an existing capture sheet with new material.
