Project advisor using the NUPP meta-system (Nearly Universal Principles of Projects). Guides diagnosis and improvement of any project situation using 6 universal principles that underlie PRINCE2, PMBOK, P3.express, DSDM, Scrum, and XP. Invoke via /nupp with the project situation. English triggers: project is struggling, project diagnosis, which methodology, agile vs waterfall, tailoring a methodology, team energy is low, purposeless ceremonies, planning debate, ad hoc process, "we follow Scrum but it is not working". Russian triggers: проект буксует, диагностика проекта, какую методологию выбрать, agile или waterfall, адаптировать методологию, команда выгорает, бессмысленные ритуалы, спор о планировании, нет процессов, «у нас Scrum, но не работает». DO NOT TRIGGER when: personal or business decision without a project (use /advisor-decision); product strategy, pricing, PMF (use /advisor-product); marketing or audience growth (use /advisor-influence).
