Generate audio on Moda: voiceover/TTS, narration, music, jingles, sound effects — up to 10 minutes per render, delivered as a file (audio can't be placed on a canvas). Use for: voiceover, narration, "read this aloud", jingle, background music, SFX. Pairs with moda-video-clip for scored video. Metered.

Recurring Moda work — scheduled posts, weekly reports, sync jobs: a host-side scheduler drives the Moda command line; the artifact itself still routes to its format skill. Use for: "every week/day…", "auto-post X", "keep this updated".

Moda brand kits — fetch, create, update, apply, and audit designs against them. Use for: brand kit, on-brand, brand colors/fonts/logo, "use our brand", "match our site", rebrand. Create from a website URL OR manual tokens — one source, never both. Kits, not renders: the artifact skill leads and pulls the kit — a brand-led "make a video" → moda-video. Designing a NEW logo → moda-social.

Data charts on Moda from real data — CSV, a table, pasted numbers: bar, line, area, pie, scatter, combo; an editable chart on a live canvas, exported png or pdf. Use for: "chart/graph/plot this data", "visualize these numbers". NOT: a chart inside an artifact another moda skill is building — the building skill keeps it; boxes-and-arrows or quadrants → moda-diagram.

Pin a repo to Moda defaults via .moda/context.json — org, brand, canvas — so every run in this repo lands in the right place; check credits with `moda account usage/costs`. CLI-only: these defaults are files on your disk.

Moda meta, setup, and routing — the contract every moda skill assumes. Use for: install or update (`moda update` refreshes CLI + skills in one command), auth and org/team switching, "what can Moda do?", which moda skill handles X, troubleshooting a failed Moda call, and any Moda ask no other moda skill clearly owns. Never for creating or editing an artifact — a matching format skill always wins.

Create a real, editable slide deck on Moda — slide pages on a live canvas, exporting native PPTX with real shapes and text layers, or a text-layer PDF — not screenshots in python-pptx. Use for: deck, slides, presentation, pitch, keynote, QBR, board update, "turn this doc/repo/notes into slides". NOT: an existing .pptx in hand → moda-deck-pptx; "animate these slides" or a motion version → moda-video.

Import a .pptx into Moda as an editable canvas, then fix it. For "clean up this PowerPoint" or any .pptx in hand. CLI lane; the connector routes to the app.

A deck's visual theme, designed with you before any content exists: four title directions, section heads and a closing, then eight workhorse layouts — placeholder only, approved phase by phase.

Boxes-and-arrows diagrams on Moda with anchored connectors: flowchart, org chart, architecture, decision tree, swimlane, journey map, 2x2, quadrant, market map. Use for: "diagram this". NOT: data charts → moda-chart; UI screens/wireframes → moda-mockup; a decorative shape graphic (a circle with a caption) → moda-social; a diagram for a deck/document being built stays with that skill.

Design documents on Moda — one page or fifty: one-pager, report, brief, whitepaper, proposal, fact sheet, handout, infographic; US-Letter/A4 pages on a live canvas, exported as a real PDF with selectable text. Use for: PDF (any page count), newsletter, email HTML, "make this markdown/README look designed". NOT: print pieces (poster, flyer, menu, resume, cards) → moda-document-print; slides → moda-deck; animated/motion → moda-video.

Print pieces: poster, flyer, brochure/trifold, menu, resume, certificate, invitation, business card, merch — print sizes, PDF out. A poster/flyer FOR a platform → that moda-social child.

Change an existing Moda canvas — pasted (moda.app URL, share link, cvs_ id) or already in play this session: reword, restyle, recolor, resize, swap images, add/delete sections — plus export or share it. Use for: a change or export of THAT canvas, "fix this slide", every bare follow-up on what Moda just built. Outranks all triggers except mp4/gif. NOT: motion or gif/mp4 of it → moda-video; a moda.page ref → moda-website; a new artifact from it (deck → doc, page → post) → its format skill.

Images as the deliverable on Moda: generate, edit, or transform — text-to-image, reference-guided, generative edit, upscale a photo, outpaint/uncrop, reframe a photo/image. Use for: "generate an image", "remove the background", "upscale this photo". NOT: imagery inside a design you're building — that format skill generates its own; animating an image → moda-video; logo design → moda-social. Metered.

Moda workspace and drive: upload files, search team assets / stock photos / icon packs, read uploaded docs (PDF/DOCX/XLSX/CSV), browse and organize folders, find canvases. Use for: "what canvases do we have", "find my deck", "find our logo".

Static UI mockups and wireframes on Moda: app screens, website pages, dashboard layouts — pictures of interfaces at real viewport sizes, exported png or pdf. Use for: mockup, wireframe, "design a screen/UI for X", app concept, page redesign concept. A mockup is a picture of an interface. NOT: a live hosted page → moda-website; flowcharts and boxes-and-arrows → moda-diagram.

Social creative and one-off graphics on Moda: social post, carousel, story, quote card, profile header, logo/icon design, "a simple graphic of/for X"; platform-sized pages on a live canvas (carousel → zip). Platform named? Use the child: moda-social-instagram, -linkedin, -tiktok, -youtube; ads and banner sets, platform-native included (an Instagram ad) → moda-social-ads. X/Facebook and platformless one-offs stay here. NOT: animated or gif/mp4 → moda-video; print → moda-document-print.

Static ads: platform-native single ads and multi-size display banner sets (IAB) — one message across sizes, exported together.

Instagram creative: feed posts, stories, reel covers, carousels — IG sizes and safe areas built in. Stills only; animated → moda-video.

LinkedIn creative: posts, document carousels (exported as ONE multi-page PDF), banners, company-page art.

TikTok stills: video covers and photo-mode posts — 9:16 sizing and safe areas.

YouTube art: thumbnails (readable at 320px) and channel banners.

Video, motion, and animation on Moda — anything delivered as mp4 or gif. Use for: "make a video", "animate this", "make it move", "animated version", animated ad/post/banner, motion graphic, animate a logo/image/design. Generated clips (prompt-to-video, image-to-video, extend, upscale, reframe) → moda-video-clip; canvas motion, timeline cuts, photo slideshows, gif/mp4 export → moda-video-motion.

Build and publish a live website hosted on Moda — a real multi-page site at a public *.moda.page URL, editable and re-publishable. Use for: website, site, web page, landing page, marketing site, portfolio, homepage, "put this on the web", updating or re-publishing a moda.page site. Site verbs are free. NOT: a picture of a page → moda-mockup; a printable page → moda-document; slides → moda-deck.
