mnemoverse
v1.0.2Persistent memory for AI agents, shared across tools. Connects the hosted Mnemoverse memory server over MCP with a one-time OAuth sign-in: recall relevant memories before acting, save durable decisions and corrections, keep shared memory rooms across accounts. Bundles the CC0 agent-memory-discipline skill so the agent actually uses the memory it has.

Included Skills2
Teaches when to recall from long-term memory before acting and when to save durable decisions, corrections and failures afterwards. Use when a memory tool or MCP memory server is connected but the agent is not using it consistently, when the user complains that the assistant forgets preferences, conventions or past decisions between sessions, or when setting up persistent memory for a project. Works with any memory backend: a folder of Markdown files, a local MCP server, or a managed service. Trigger with "remember this", "what did we decide", "recall", or "save this for next time".
Connects Mnemoverse memory for this plugin. Use when the user has installed the plugin but memory tools are missing, when a memory call fails with an authentication error, or when the user asks how to sign in to Mnemoverse. Walks through the one-time OAuth sign-in; no API key is pasted anywhere.
