retrospectiveskills/retrospective/SKILL.md

セッションで期待と違ったところ（訂正された、却下された、やり直しになった、試行錯誤した）を拾い、そのタスクの記録の隣に振り返りとして残す。次にどうするかはここでは決めず、振り返りをまとめて読んで指示ファイルを直すのは harness-improve で行う。
