macstack-dev

v3.10.0

Turns what a client says into documents they can correct, a machine spec an agent can build from, and a work list somebody can pick up. Keeps the macstack/ folder of a project: macstack.json — the standardized business + technical stack specification, always English — and the six client documents it is written from. OVERVIEW says what the product is and who it is for; USER-CASES carries each case with its UX bar and an addressable acceptance list; UX-UI states what each screen shows and what must never appear on it; AUTOMATION is the trigger -> task -> workflow -> role model; HANDBOOK is how a person actually uses the thing; OPEN-QUESTIONS splits what the client owes from what the team deferred. v3 makes those six pure markdown — headings and bullet lists, nothing else. No YAML blocks, no tables, no change-log sections: the only machine markup is an HTML comment the reader never sees, pointing each entity at its place in the spec. A client can edit the document in any editor and hand it back. Around them: an immutable inbox for anything a client sends, a gated delta/rulings loop that merges it, generated requirements, architecture, test cases and index that carry every id the client documents carry, an append-only ledger with one row per edit and per client comment, tasks reconciled with the team's own tracker, and a review package that shows each statement with its own history and reads the client's answers back into the ledger. Eight commands, one job each — including one that reconciles the whole folder against the source tree in a direction you have to declare: the code is master and every document is corrected through a gate that never silently overrules an answer the client gave, or the documents are master and the gaps become tasks. Every edit is journalled, every finished task sweeps the client documents and not only the generated ones, task statuses move to what the audit actually found — closing what is built and reopening what is not — and every document carries the date it was last checked against the code, so a document that reads perfectly cannot quietly describe a system that no longer exists.

Included Skills17

best-practicesskills/best-practices/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "install best practice rules", "set up project rules", "add project rules and commands", "set up project conventions", or scaffold-project reaches the rules step. Installs the proven MACSTACK rule set (.claude/rules) and core slash-command skills (.claude/skills) into a project.

client-packageskills/client-package/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "send the documents to the client", "give the client something to comment on", "собрать пакет для клиента", "отдать клиенту на согласование", "показать клиенту артефакт", or needs either half of the client loop — turning the six client documents into one page a client can read and answer, and taking their answers back into the ledger.

code-auditskills/code-audit/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks "what is in the code that the documents do not know about", "сверь код с документами", "обнови документы по коду", "изучи код и найди несоответствия", "the docs are out of date, read the code", or runs /macstack-dev:check --code on a project whose macstack/ folder already exists. Enumerates what the code contains, compares it to the client documents and the spec, and proposes edits in the client → generated → macstack.json direction — it never edits a client document on its own.

conformanceskills/conformance/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "check the implementation against the documents", "audit the platform", "does the code do what the spec says", "test the whole stack against the requirements", "conformance review", "what is actually built", or runs /macstack-dev:check --code. Produces a dated audit pair — a technical conformance review and its business-language twin — with one verdict per case id.

feedbackskills/feedback/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user reports a problem with macstack-dev or the MACSTACK standard — "this skill did the wrong thing", "the schema is missing a field", "the passport for X is wrong", "send macstack feedback", "improve the schema based on my edit", "fix the macstack plugin" — and the fix must land in the right source (plugin, schema repo, or registry repo).

infisical-envskills/infisical-env/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "set up Infisical for this project", "create .infisical.json", "pull the env keys", "wire the env", "sync secrets", or scaffold-project reaches the env step. Creates .infisical.json, pulls .env.prod/.env.dev, ensures every key from macstack.json resources.accesses exists, and installs the mandatory secrets scripts and slash-command skills.

intakeskills/intake/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user says "client sent edits", "merge client feedback", "клиент прислал правки", "разобрать правки", "improve the user cases", "new spec from the client", "process the inbox", "what changed in the client's document", "apply the delta", pastes new client material into chat, or drops a file into macstack/inbox/. Runs the full intake → delta → gate → ruling → apply → log loop against the macstack/ folder standard — never edits the client documents or macstack.json directly from raw client material.

journalskills/journal/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user wants to "write a changelog", "log what I did", "record today's work", "what shipped", "что сделали", "лог разработки", "записать в журнал", "release notes", "what changed for the client", "закрыть веху", "cut a release" — or whenever ANY document under `macstack/` is edited, because every edit gets a row in `history/ledger.jsonl` keyed by the id of the thing that changed. Owns the ledger and its curated, client-facing `history/CHANGELOG.md`.

lintskills/lint/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "validate macstack.json", "lint macstack", "check the stack spec", "verify macstack.json integrity", "check the documents", "where are we", "what should I do next", "project status" — and after any skill of this plugin writes or edits macstack.json or a document under macstack/. Validates the spec against the JSON Schema and the referential-integrity rules, checks the document folder, and reports the same findings read-only as a status dashboard.

planningskills/planning/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "add a task", "what's left to do", "что осталось сделать", "завести задачу", "план работ", "backlog", "milestone status", "sync tasks with the tracker", "синхронизировать задачи", "what should I work on next", "какая веха дальше", "add to the backlog", "отметить задачу выполненной", "block this on", "plan the changes", "what needs building", "turn the requirements into tasks", "which cases have no plan", or mentions TASKS.md, milestones, M<n>-T<n> ids, or the team's task tracker. Owns TASKS.md — milestones, tasks, backlog — turns unplanned requirements into task entries, and reconciles bidirectionally with whatever tracker the project is bound to, without ever naming a specific product.

reconcileskills/reconcile/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "sync the code and the documents", "синхронизировать код и документы", "актуализировать документы по коду", "обнови документы, код ушёл вперёд", "bring the documents up to date with the code", "make the code match the documents", "everything has drifted, fix it", "полная сверка", or runs /macstack-dev:reconcile. Reconciles the whole macstack/ folder against the source tree in ONE declared direction — the code is master and the documents are corrected, or the documents are master and the gaps become tasks — and touches every document in the contract, not only the generated ones.

scaffold-projectskills/scaffold-project/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "scaffold the project from macstack.json", "create the project working files", "generate project files from the spec", "build the project from macstack.json", or after a macstack.json is validated and the working tree must be built. Creates project files strictly in the prototype → stack plugins → dev plugins order.

setupskills/setup/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks "what is macstack.json", "set up macstack", "check macstack setup", "verify macstack.json", "explain the macstack standard", or before any other macstack-dev skill runs in a project for the first time. Explains the standard, locates the schema and category registry, and verifies tooling.

spec-authoringskills/spec-authoring/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "create macstack.json", "add macstack.json to this project", "init macstack", "generate macstack.json from scratch", "design a stack for…", "pick software and architecture for my need", "describe this existing project as a spec", "find plugins for this stack", "pick a prototype", "show a full macstack.json example", or describes a business need with or without an existing codebase. Owns macstack.json itself — the audit path, the design path, context discovery and the canonical examples.

syncskills/sync/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user says "sync the spec", "the client corrected the roles", "the spec and the documents disagree", "update macstack.json after the code changed", "reconcile the spec with reality", when lint reports rule 12.22, after anyone edits AUTOMATION.md or UX-UI.md, and as stage 3 of /macstack-dev:update and /macstack-dev:reconcile. Owns ONE file — it reconciles macstack.json against the client's documents on one side and the code on the other, and edits nothing else. For bringing the DOCUMENTS themselves up to date with the code, use the reconcile skill instead.

test-casesskills/test-cases/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "make test cases", "составить тест-кейсы", "generate tests from the user cases", "как это проверять", "написать сценарии проверки", "acceptance checklist", "what do we test for C-04", "обновить тест-кейсы под новую версию кейсов", or wants a QA/acceptance plan derived from USER-CASES.md, AUTOMATION.md and UX-UI.md. Derives TEST-CASES.md from the acceptance bullets, triggers and screen prohibitions of those three documents — one test per claim, each tagged auto or manual — and keeps them in step.

troubleshootskills/troubleshoot/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user reports "macstack lint fails", "prototype does not resolve", "env keys missing", "scaffold broke my files", "cross-stack reference does not work", or any macstack-dev skill errors out. Diagnoses the common failure modes of the macstack.json toolchain.
