Included Skills1
Use this skill when a US construction material supplier asks about preliminary notice or mechanics lien deadlines, for example "when is my Notice to Owner due?", "can I still file a lien?" or "how long after my last delivery can I record a claim of lien?" It asks for delivery dates, project facts and Florida or Kansas event answers, then gets statutory deadline baselines from LienDeadline's public supplier-events API through the LienDeadline MCP server or direct HTTPS. Reviewed baselines cover Florida and Kansas private projects; other states, public projects and unresolved events return review-required results.
