Use when a corpus of research/review docs has aged past the code it describes and their status tags may be stale, when the user asks to audit/reconcile research docs against the repo, or before a milestone to catch docs that still say "open" for shipped work. --fix flips stale markers in the SOURCE html with a dated note; default is a dry-run report.
