Extracts a deterministic design system from any URL by fetching real CSS, parsing custom properties, and generating a 19-section design.md plus an interactive HTML report. v0.2 writes frontmatter schema_version 3.1 with medium detection (web / slide / design-system / card-news / motion / print).
