claude-hud 상태줄을 설치하거나 갱신한다. settings.json 의 statusLine 이 HUD 런처를 가리키게 병합하고, 필요하면 안정 경로로 사본을 만든다. 사용자가 `/hud:setup` 또는 `$hud:setup` 을 명시적으로 호출했을 때만 사용한다. 상태줄·HUD·설정 관련 요청이 관련 분야에 해당한다는 이유만으로 자동 사용하지 않는다.
