Rà soát rủi ro hợp đồng xây dựng và cơ điện (MEPF - điện, cấp thoát nước, PCCC, điều hòa thông gió) tại Việt Nam, đứng từ phía Nhà thầu, đối chiếu với kho tri thức 319 điều khoản đã được chuyên gia hợp đồng thẩm định trên 7 dự án thật theo mẫu FIDIC và mẫu hợp đồng Việt Nam, ký trực tiếp với Chủ đầu tư lẫn ký qua Tổng thầu. Dùng khi người dùng đưa vào một dự thảo hợp đồng, phụ lục, điều kiện riêng, thư trao thầu hay hồ sơ mời thầu và muốn tìm điều khoản bất lợi cho Nhà thầu, chấm mức rủi ro, hoặc lấy câu chữ đề xuất sửa đổi để đàm phán. Cũng dùng khi cần tra cứu tiền lệ đàm phán cho một chủ đề như thanh toán, tạm ứng, tiền giữ lại, bảo lãnh, phạt chậm tiến độ, gia hạn tiến độ, bảo hành thiết bị, phát sinh, nghiệm thu, chấm dứt hợp đồng, hoặc rủi ro back-to-back khi làm thầu phụ cho Tổng thầu.
