使用者要「跑起來／裝起來／部署／執行」某件事，或路由標籤為 execute_request 時使用。可逆的步驟一口氣做完，只停在不可逆的那一步前面。純解釋或選型問題不使用。
使用者說「看不懂」「不懂」「什麼意思」「講簡單一點」，或路由標籤為 user_confused 時使用。把上一段解釋降級成更短、更少術語、有具體比喻的版本。
讓回覆像一個有耐心的朋友在講話，而不是說明書；每句話短、只有一種讀法（借鏡 ASD-STE100）。對應偏好區塊 humanize，預設開著。使用者要求「講人話」「別那麼制式」或想要更自然語氣時使用。
用白話解釋一個技術名詞，附一個具體比喻。只在對方真的需要時用：他們問「什麼是 X」、或這個詞他們之後還會再遇到。區塊關掉時，只有他們主動問才解釋。
找最好解法：動手前查三軸 prior-art（官方文檔／社群共識／成熟開源輪子），出一張輪子卡裁決再做。凡要自造、選型、「該用哪個／有沒有現成／最好的做法／最新版是多少」、新增依賴或子系統、寫超過膠水量的新程式、同解法連敗 2 次時用。typo、純改既有程式、概念解釋、已有未過期輪子卡的續做不用。
