Replan. Restates the intended change, sweeps evidence, lists gaps, rewrites milestones and cards in .done/plan.md, reconciles owner-call decisions, records reversals. Confirms with you before writing.

Create .done/ at the project root and fill project.md through a short interview. Idempotent; never overwrites. Optionally converts an existing plan file into the card grammar.

what-now-doneskills/what-now-done/SKILL.md

Route the next unit of work. Syncs facts from git (and GitHub when configured), updates .done/ state, applies the strategy ladder, and returns exactly one card with its first action prepared. Records scope moves made mid-run as owner-call decisions.
