This skill should be used when the user asks to "띠링 설정", "알림 볼륨 바꿔줘", "알림 소리 꺼줘", "완료 알림 테스트", "ddiring config", reports that the terminal name in a ddiring notification is wrong, or reports that notifications do not appear ("알림이 안 떠", "소리만 나고 배너가 없어", "notifications not showing"). Configures the ddiring completion-notification hook (volume, sound, mute, terminal mapping) and diagnoses notifications that fire but are never displayed.
