Create a new git worktree, branch, and tmux window using workmux, from either a GitHub issue number or a task description, with a prompt injected into the new session. Optionally claims a named exclusive resource for the worktree, so work that cannot run in parallel is recorded rather than remembered. Use when the user says "create worktree", "new worktree", "start working on", "spin up a worktree", or asks to create a worktree for an issue number or a general task. Also use when the user asks what holds an exclusive resource or asks to release one, or says "list resources", "release the simulator", or "who has the DAW"; those two report on claims and stop without creating anything. Requires workmux whenever a worktree is created, plus the gh CLI when given an issue number, and jq for issue parsing and resource claims.
