Creates the team's research folder on Google Drive, interviews them on roles and how they code, turns their formats and a study they coded by hand into the folder's output format, criteria and calibration example (checking it is anonymized), loads the current study and its codebook from their spreadsheet, checks Fathom, codes a first session and offers the fidelity test. Two demo modes: a ready-made fictional study, or the whole install run on sample files in real formats. The person never runs a command. Use it whenever someone wants to install, set up or try the session coder, or another skill of the plugin cannot find a research folder. Reads a research folder's coded matrix, codebook, hypotheses and minimums, and builds one cross file in three steps: frequencies by target group with their n, candidate relations each backed by a count and three quotes from different participants, and a summary of what holds and which hypothesis it touches. Never claims causes, flags small samples, never skips a step without the researcher's answer, and neither ranks nor writes findings. Use it whenever someone wants two variables related, a category compared across groups or patterns looked for in coded interviews or focus groups.
