Reads the folder's loose source files plus any non-code context (READMEs, configs) and produces a page matching `templates/page-leaf.md`. Invoked by `/code-wiki:build`, `/code-wiki:sync`, and `/code-wiki:rebuild`.

Generates a wiki page (Markdown) for a parent source folder — one that has at least one surviving sub-directory. Combines three coordinated syntheses (loose-files, children-wikis, overall role) into a single page matching `templates/page-parent.md`. Invoked by `/code-wiki:build`, `/code-wiki:sync`, and `/code-wiki:rebuild`.

Generates a wiki page (Markdown) for a single source file when it is large or important enough to warrant its own page. Invoked from `generate-leaf-page` for files matching the leaf's per-file thresholds, or directly by build/sync/rebuild for known per-file pages.

Generates a topic page (Markdown) capturing a cross-cutting concern — auth, logging, payment flow, etc. Combines wiki summaries with concrete source-file analysis to produce a narrative Flow section that traces actual end-to-end execution. Invoked by `/code-wiki:topic` (explicit) and `/code-wiki:query` (lazy creation when an answer crosses multiple sub-trees).
