Mounts the Google Drive folder, turns the documents they already have into the first playbooks, interviews them (people and roles, values, processes, meetings), schedules the daily routine, processes a kickoff meeting that corrects the documents, and closes with an inventory of what the brain knows and what it does not. Also seeds the demo organization, in Spanish or English. The person never runs a command. When nothing is written it says so and offers to record it rather than inventing a policy. It can draft a message in the company's voice, always marked for a person to review, and it never sends anything. It never deletes, never applies a change to company values without the owner's approval, and marks what it inferred as pending.
