Author, audit, or transition a strategic documentation package ("build pack") that lets an AI coding agent cold-read the complete product or feature scope before planning implementation. Capture outcomes, scope, non-negotiables, architecture boundaries, research, risks, known dependencies, and final acceptance in AGENTS.md, briefs, specs, and engineering standards. Use when the user wants to start a project with AI agents, create or revise a build/spec pack, preserve a completed pack and begin the next feature pack, write AGENTS.md, spec a feature for later implementation, or review a documentation package for agent-readiness. Keep execution planning optional and add slices, ordered tasks, PRs, branches, or issues only when the user explicitly requests tactical planning.
Lead implementation from an approved strategic build pack using rolling, one-slice-at-a-time planning. Use only when the human explicitly invokes this skill or explicitly asks to begin or resume implementation from a build pack. Propose one slice for approval, preserve a durable high-level slice plan, use GitHub issues as the execution tracker, delegate code writing to the least expensive capable agents, refactor the passing draft before handoff, and prepare a reviewed green PR for the human to merge to main. Do not invoke merely because a build pack or implementation work is mentioned.
Turn a behaviorally passing implementation into a maintainable handoff before a PR is declared ready. Reads every changed production file in full plus its owning abstractions, checks cohesion, responsibilities, dependency direction, IO boundaries, duplication, package structure, and testability, applies justified behavior-preserving refactors, runs a fresh-context read-only design review, re-verifies, and emits a receipt. Invoke it yourself, without being asked, whenever you have changed production code and its tests pass and you are about to open a PR, mark a PR ready, or report the work as done; passing tests mean the draft works, not that it is ready. Also use when the user says "refactor before handoff", "is this ready to hand off", "clean this up before the PR", "design pass", or "tests pass, now make it maintainable". Works on any diff, with or without a build pack. Not a correctness or security review (that is pr-review) and not for code you did not change.
