ai-sdlc
v0.2.0Map a team's delivery process into a rendered page — the ontology, a live mapping session, unattended mining of a repository that already documents itself, and ingestion of the notes readers leave on the served page. Drives the ai-sdlc CLI, which installs separately.

Mine an ai-sdlc team document out of a repository that already describes its own process, unattended. Nobody is interviewed.
Run a live mapping session — interview a team one activity at a time and write their words into ai-sdlc YAML while the page redraws beside them.
Drain the annotation inbox — read what readers flagged on a served ai-sdlc page, fold each note into the team YAML, and resolve the ones you landed.
ai-sdlc team-document model — the vocabulary, the folder, the three states an activity can be in, and what the page derives rather than authors. Read before editing team.yaml, a catalog file (artifacts.yaml, tools.yaml, …), processes/*.yaml, or src/lib/schema.ts, and whenever a term in the model needs settling.
