Included Skills4
Convene a 5-persona advisory council (Karpathy LLM Council pattern, codebase-aware Historian variant) when the user wants multi-angle validation of an idea, decision, design choice, or strategy. Distinct from `grill-me` (one-voice / one-question / interactive) — council is one-shot / five-voices / parallel. Activate on "council", "/council", "council me on this", "convene the council", "validate this idea", "stress-test from multiple angles", "different perspectives on this", "is this idea good", "is this a good idea", "should I do X" (decision-flavored, not factual), "what would the council say". Do NOT activate for civic-government "council" usage (city council, town council meeting), simple yes/no factual questions, code review of existing implementation (use a code-review skill), or "drill MY plan" interview-shape requests (use `grill-me`).
Re-explain the current topic at a 10-year-old comprehension level when the user signals confusion or asks for simpler framing. Repeatable — each invocation drops a level (ELI10 → ELI5 → ELI3). Activate on "eli10", "ELI10", "ELI5", "ELI3", "explain like I'm 10", "explain in simpler terms", "explain this simpler", "make it simpler", "too complex", "I don't get it", "break it down simpler", "dumb it down", "/eli10". Assumes a current topic in the conversation; if none, ask what to simplify. Do NOT activate for first-pass explanations of new topics (no prior framing to simplify) or for code-walkthrough requests.
Enter beginner's-mind mode for the rest of the conversation (sticky). Activate on "fool mode", "consider me a fool", "consider me a beginner", "treat me as a beginner", "explain like I'm new to this", "no jargon", "beginner's mind", "from scratch" (pedagogical sense, not rewrite-code sense), "I'm new to this", "ground truth", "/fool". Use when the user opts into permission-to-not-know and wants upcoming explanations grounded from first principles with no assumed background. Do NOT activate for "rewrite from scratch" (code intent), or for one-off simplification of a single already-given explanation (use `eli10` instead).
Interview the user one question at a time, walking down each branch of a plan or design until shared understanding is reached. Stress-test assumptions, surface unmade decisions, challenge weak spots, and detect stuck-state (tangled concerns, paralysis, missing temporal frame, decision framed tactical but actually identity-shaping) — apply the right escape valve. Activate on "grill me", "grill my plan", "stress-test this", "pressure-test this", "challenge my design", "interrogate this", "poke holes", "what am I missing", "find weak spots", "play devil's advocate", "rigorous review", "what would break this", "tear this apart", "adversarial review", or when the user shares a draft plan or design and explicitly asks for adversarial / critical review. Do NOT activate for cooking-related "grill" usage, code review of an existing implementation, or simple Q&A.
