Eight project-independent skills: rules, dev-round, codex, search, research, roast, loop and todo. Rule sets load only when called; jev and codex can each be switched off, with fallbacks.

Eight Sijav skills for Codex: rules, dev-round, native agents, search, research, roast, to-do board and an owner-started project loop. Native Codex agents do noncoding work; Claude Opus 5.5 alone codes and reviews code through a session helper. Jev judges code-free roast questions and research citations; the to-do skill includes a read-only board dashboard.
