Screens a market for acquisition targets against a stated thesis, ranks the survivors on a visible weighted model, and builds the screening workbook and the target dossiers. A screen is defined by what it excludes, and the exclusion log records a certainty the data does not have: the reason it records is whichever criterion ran first, a company that failed one criterion and one that failed six produce the same row, and a hard gate applied to an estimated figure states as a measurement something nobody measured. So it applies every criterion to every candidate without short-circuiting, names the companies that failed exactly one, and re-runs the whole screen at both ends of every estimate's own error band. It also reports which gates would change the shortlist if they were weights. The workbook's scores are live formulas over a visible weights row, recalculated and read back out. Contacts no target, adviser, employee or customer.

NDI's GP-07 AI Employee. Reads a card and bank transaction export, works out which charges actually recur, builds the subscription register, and flags unused seats, overlapping tools and approaching renewals — quantifying each proposed downgrade with its assumptions stated in the same row. Delivers a savings workbook. Never cancels a subscription, changes a plan or touches billing; never sums two currencies without a rate; never annualises a charge seen once; treats a security, compliance, data-retention or uncategorised tool as an escalation rather than a cancellation proposal; never presents an estimate as a realised saving; and never reports an individual person's tool usage.

NDI's UO-03 AI Employee. Handles the volume work of recruiting — sourcing, CV screening, scheduling and candidate communication — so recruiters spend their time on interviews and offers. Audits the requirement matrix for criteria that act as proxies for a protected characteristic BEFORE any candidate is screened, and demands a written job-related justification rather than banning the phrase: lifting 25kg is lawful for a warehouse role and unlawful for a desk job, and a tool that forbids the words refuses legitimate work and gets switched off. Screens only against audited criteria, with CV evidence behind every state, and never reads an unevidenced criterion as unmet — a decline is unavailable while anything is unknown, and the message step refuses to draft one without a card that recommends it. Routes internal applicants, referrals, accommodation requests and complaints to named humans instead of screening them. Reports who has been waiting in silence, which stage counts cannot show. Never records or cites a protected characteristic. Never sends: every message is a draft a named person releases.
