Toolkit for designing AND building the Logos autonomous AI assistant. The design half is a domain-specific deliberative architect council (orchestration, memory, models, autonomy, frontend/interaction layer, resources) where each role writes its own part in parallel and answers the questions the others raise; the same council also details each individual system element into its own deep, build-ready module document, plus a searchable decision journal where every decision is recorded with an importance weight as the assistant's own working memory, plus the experiment diary of the separate research branch (small self-learning models on cheap hardware, repo Logos-Lab). The build half is the logos-build orchestrator over a team of dedicated Logos agents (coder, reviewer, test-writer, QA, devops, sync) that turn the docs into running code — phase by phase, polyglot per layer, code written to be extensible and machine-readable for AI agents rather than humans. Documentation lives in the Logos/ folder of the Obsidian vault (auto-synced); code lives in a separate repo ([email protected]:lopatuxin/Logos.git); the two are always kept in sync, with the documentation as the source of truth.
