curie-eng

Declares mcpServers inline in the manifest with an incomplete server.

Manifest is fine; the .mcp.json has a server with neither command nor url.

Manifest is fine; the skill frontmatter is missing a field.

A skill-less example that consumes Curie's built-in coding tools and approval-gated publication.

Not a runnable agent: a plugin-compat gate fixture that carries all six Curie authoring extensions (systemPrompt, starterPrompts, secrets, triggers, approvalPolicy, toolPolicy) so `claude plugin validate` exercises the warn-and-ignore degradation contract for every one of them (#538). A dedicated fixture keeps these fields off the real example bundles, where approvalPolicy and systemPrompt would change runtime behavior for no functional benefit. Its toolPolicy is NOT an adoption example: the patterns use wildcard server segments only (the fixture declares no MCP servers and no connectors.yaml), and no runtime enforces a toolPolicy yet.

Curie's default dark factory agent: one labelled GitHub issue in, one reviewed pull request or one stated reason out. One agent reads the issue through the platform's get_issue tool, pins acceptance criteria, plans, gets the plan reviewed by an Opus plan-reviewer subagent, writes a failing test where feasible, implements and runs the repository's own checks, gets the diff reviewed by an Opus diff-reviewer subagent (each loop capped at 3 rounds, enforced by a hook), and publishes through Curie's built-in approval-gated publication tool within the 10800 second (3 hour) execution bound.

A demo plugin bundle used as a plugin-format fixture.

Example bundle: an agent that reads and triages GitHub issues through the off-the-shelf GitHub MCP server, authenticated with a personal access token forwarded into the sandbox.

Valid bundle: one inline stdio MCP server that registers a single tool.

Inline MCP server whose command exits immediately, so it reaches status failed.

Mirrors #336: mcpServers is a string pointer to a non-root file, silently ignored by the real loader.

Mean tests another agent the way a person does: plans a campaign from its spec, asks it over Slack from its own bot, following up inside the threads it opens, and reports PASS, FAIL or UNCLEAR per probe with the reply quoted. It files nothing, fixes nothing and never resolves an approval (ADR 0169, ADR 0172).

SRE triage assistant for plain-English production health and Kubernetes questions in Slack. One pinned upstream Kubernetes MCP connector exposes the core toolset: reads execute immediately, six mutations require a fresh human approval, and unmatched tools fail closed. Kubernetes RBAC limits writes to disposable demo-namespace workloads and independently excludes credentials, identity, RBAC, cluster-scoped mutation, and platform upgrades.

Answers questions about invoices in a third-party finance system through one read-only hosted connector. A spike fixture for the custom-connector ADR, not a product.

Template bundle: an engine packaged as an in-bundle stdio MCP server.

The weather agent plugin. Includes 1 skill.
