Personal probability dashboard: interests → measurable questions → prediction-market probabilities (Polymarket, Manifold) → a local dashboard of what became more or less likely. The skill reads this package's binaries.json, refuses any platform it does not name, downloads and sha256-verifies the released archive for one it does, caches it under the user's home, and drives the six binaries; which targets are published comes from that file, not from this sentence. No API keys and no accounts. Deterministic work — storage, arithmetic, move detection, rendering — is the binaries'; every step that needs judgement is the agent's, between a binary's plan command and its apply command, and no binary invokes a model. In a build whose commands offer --cache, no binary opens a socket either: it declares the URLs it needs and the agent fetches them, which puts that traffic inside the permission flow the agent's client already has. The hosts it needs are declared under extensions below — a statement rather than a request, since no client is documented to read that field as network permission.
